“Reviewing and updating the 2015 Strategic Plan” is one of the key elements in Council’s 2018-2019 Annual Plan. Council invites and encourages all Association members to contribute to the Strategic Plan review.

1. Does acceptance of Diversity require inclusiveness?

2. Does the Diversity Goal mean we should offer information and training in other languages?

3. Does the Diversity Goal mean we should have quotas for new JPs and commmittees and councils?

4. Does the Diversity Goal mean our JP traditions and our Oath to the Queen will be challenged?

5. Should a statement of our committment to founding documents and traditions be stated in our Diversity Goal?
